Refund policy
At Arganic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra charge.
Proof of Purchase: To process your refund or exchange, we require proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt).
2. Process for Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@arganicnatural.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Returns must be shipped back to us in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns:
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
